Coriander honey
Coriander honey is gathered from coriander flowers. The coriander fields have the distinction of being located mainly in the Center of France.
This honey with vanilla flavors and slightly tart, has an interesting floral note.
For lovers of coriander, the taste of the latter does not make itself felt this honey which naturally crystallizes in fairly large grain.

Miels filtrés afin d'éliminer tous les résidus indésirables. Un petit dépot plus clair peut apparaître à la surface du pot, ceci peut être due à une fine couche de cire restante. Elle est tout à fait consommable.
