 Chestnut honey is a character honey, with a powerful and woody flavor. It has a slight note of bitterness. 
 It will delight gourmets looking for a raw product. This honey produced in the Center of France has a completely different flavor than the chestnut honeys of Dordogne. 
 It goes perfectly with herbal teas, in yogurts or even better, with a piece of cheese.
