Quinoa squares

with Summer Flowers honey and Cranberries

65 grams of puffed quinoa

3 c. to s. pumpkin seeds

75 grams of dried Cranberries

35 grams of semi-salted butter

30 grams of powdered sugar

65 grams of Summer Flower Honey


Preheat your oven to 160 ° C.

Mix the quinoa with the pumpkin seeds and the cranberries in a bowl.

In a saucepan, melt the butter, sugar and honey. Pour over the quinoa, mix, then spread in a mold covered with parchment paper, to a thickness of 1.5 cm.

Bake 25 minutes in the hot oven, until the top is lightly golden.

Let cool and cut into squares.

Taste cold
