125 grams of ground almonds
1/2 tsp. to c. cinnamon powder
5 brick sheets
30 grams of melted butter
1 C. to s. sesame seeds (optional)
60 grams + 2 tbsp Acacia Honey
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the almonds with 2 tsp. to s. of water, honey and cinnamon.
Brush the bricks with butter, then cut them in half. Fold over the rounded edge to get a rectangle.
Put a little stuffing at the end, enclose it by folding the edges, then roll tightly.
Place on the baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes in the hot oven. Right out of the oven, coat with honey and sprinkle with sesame.
